How to Get Your Order!

PLEASE NOTE: Plants and wreaths cannot be shipped and must be picked up.

If you ordered a signature botanical wreath, pick up will take place at Handmade Holidays on Saturday, December 6 between 11am–3pm at Bartram's Garden. Please respond to this email if you need to make arrangements to pick up your wreath on another date between December 6–16 between 9:30am and 4:30pm. We regret that we generally cannot arrange for order pickup outside standard hours.

For all other orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at the Welcome Center at Bartram's Garden. The Garden is located at 5400 Lindbergh Boulevard in Philadelphia and is easily accessible via public transit, bike, and car. Free parking for cars and bikes is available onsite.
